Project Arborist Preliminary Consultation
This service is primarily provided for permitting and construction-related projects or assignments that involve building permits, variances, special uses, or rezonings.
On this calendar, you can schedule an appointment for an initial meeting to understand the scope of the project or assignment and to outline the next steps.

An assessment fee of $350 is due at the time of scheduling. This fee covers the meeting only and does not include an arborist report or inventory.
Sometimes this assessment is enough to move forward or make a decision. However, many times additional work is required to satisfy the documentation requirements for a pending application. If an arborist report or tree inventory is needed, then additional effort and fees are required. Report costs vary by complexity, but they start at $795.
